Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once the package seal has been broken. All sales are final for opened products.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.
If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us with details. We may request the product be returned for testing and will provide a replacement if quality issues are confirmed.
